Brasserie Toulouse - Lautrec is a traditional French restaurant and wine bar in Kennington, South London and is run by two brothers, French natives Nolan and Florent whose parents have been running the neighbouring Lobster Pot Restaurant for over 18 years. Brasserie Toulouse - Lautrec is a charming French brasserie, so authentic you could forget that you are in London, and offers a ground floor dining room as well as a superb first floor piano and wine bar. There is also a small private room called “la Cave” which holds up to 16 people. Head Chef Florent cooks up a French storm in the kitchen, serving delicious classic French dishes such as snails in puff pastry with a white wine sauce, Toulouse sausages with mash and red onion gravy and shoulder of lamb cooked for 24 hours served with seasonal vegetables and a creamy mint sauce. Vegetarians haven’t been forgotten either, the vegetable croustade with saffron cream sauce in puff pastry is divine.
