French super chef Joël Robuchon brings his amazing culinary creations to London with his fabulous restaurant L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Covent Garden. Robuchon is one of the most respected chefs in the world and is the proud holder of numerous Michelin Stars. L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon is part of his fabulous global brand with siblings in Paris, Tokyo and NYC and is one of the hottest restaurants in London, recently receiving two coveted Michelin Stars. Step inside this formidable restaurant and you’ll see why. The ground floor L’Atelier is dressed in chic blacks and reds, a signature style of Robuchon and is stylishly minimalist, where diners perch on tall stalls to watch the chefs creating the magical culinary masterpieces that are the taster dishes. The equally stylish first floor dining area is just as impressive but offers a more traditional seating. It really is hard to find words to describe just how good the food is at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon. Combining classic French ingredients with European flavours, each dish is a plate of absolute perfection in both presentation and flavours. The pig’s trotter on parmesan toast with truffle, mushroom and tarragon is a delight to the palette and the famous beef and foie gras mini burger with crunchy chips is just heavenly. Dishes such as the green Chartreuse soufflé, cooked to perfection or the quail stuffed with foie gras and served with truffle mash demonstrate the outstanding quality of the menu and sheer skill of the chefs. The wine list is of the highest order; it has to be to match food this good. L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon well deserves its accolades and reputation, and London is very lucky to play host to a restaurant of such high calibre.

It was amazing, all the dishes are overwhelming. Had to do a diner dash cause of the £134 bill that came with all the amazing food though.. LOL

This is undoubtedly one of the very best restaurants in London. On both of the occasions that I've dined there the food has been simply divine. If you're looking to impress, this is definitely the restaurant to do it in.
