L'Autre Pied is the second restaurant from the duo behind Michelin-starred Pied a Terre, David Moore & chef Shane Osborn, and is headed up by Marcus Eaves, formerly sous-chef to Shane Osborn at Pied a Terre. L'Autre Pied Restaurant is located in the heart of Fitrovia in Blandford Street just off Marylebone High Street, but has a far less formal approach to dining than it's counterpart, with friendly service and brasserie style atmosphere. The modern European menu at L'Autre Pied offers exciting creative dishes like Ballotine of Cornish mackerel, pickled baby carrot & red mustard leaves or Roasted partridge, pearl barley & game broth scented lemon thyme and to follow Fig bavarois, cinnamon crème fraiche with clove ice cream. The decor is clean cut & comprises a glass-fronted restaurant, small bar and bespoke furnishings. Combined they set the desired ambiance to one of relaxed formality, but manage to offer a warm, comfortable ambience. L'Autre Pied is a welcome addition to Best London Restaurants and judging by it's intitial high levels of success, one we're sure will continue to flourish.

Thoroughly recommend a trip to L'Autre Pied. Can't fault anything about our evening. Tasting menu was varied and delicious and the canapes and breads were a nice touch. Altogether excellent.

Dinner at L'Autre Pied was delightful. The light and uncluttered restaurant provides a back to the excellently and beautifully presented dishes. The loin of pork was one of the best I have ever had. This restaurant is a treasure hidden away in the back streets of Fitzrovia
