Quaglino's Restaurant has been rebuilt at the same spot where the old Giovanni Quaglino restaurant, visited by the likes of the Prince of Wales, once was. It exudes the same splendor and drama, with its sweeping staircases and lavish interior, as the old Quaglino's restaurant must have done. Quaglino's Head Chef, Craig James, uses well sourced seasonal produce to create a diverse and delicious menu. House specialties include 'chateaubriand grill, sauce béarnaise, pommes pailles', 'calves liver and bacon' and a wonderful selection of crustacean. With a seasonal and imaginative menu, expect classic brasserie, with a twist of indulgence. The opulent upstairs bar at Quaglino's is a destination in its own right, serving delicious crustacea, salads and wonderful cocktails. Quaglino's restaurant is also great London restaurant for parties and occasions with their private dining room at the mezzanine level, overlooking the hustle and bustle of the restaurant. Quaglino's is a truly stunning restaurant and deserves the many accolades it has received over the years since it opened in 1933. Highly recommended.
