REFUEL is the Soho Hotel's spacious ground floor bar and stylish restaurant features a long pewter bar and a specially commissioned mural illustrating the site's previous life as a multi level car park. REFUEL serves top quality modern international cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal and organic produce. Executive Chef Robin Read has conceived a small but monthly changing menu. Dishes include saffron risotto with crispy squid, grilled mackerel and cress salad, home-smoked salmon with blinis & crème fraîche, peppered monkfish with spring onions and beetroot vinaigrette & calf's liver with bacon, mashed potato, spinach & sauce diable. A small selection of “comfort food” accompanying your drinks (such as Italian or Moroccan food platters) is also available throughout the day.
