The Winter Garden is the magnificent restaurant located in the soaring eight storey glass atrium of London’s swanky Landmark Hotel in Marylebone. The setting couldn’t be more fabulous; The Landmark Hotel dates back to 1899 and was one of London’s last great Victorian railway hotels. These days, it manages to perfectly combine old school glamour with up to the minute facilities and attracts many top Hollywood stars. The a la carte menu focuses on British cuisine using the finest ingredients to produce dishes such as warm terrine of seasonal game with a baby onion and chive tatin and celeriac purée or lobster thermidor with dressed lambs lettuce and baby beetroot chard for starters followed by mains like seared sea bass served with boulangere potatoes, braised fennel and tomato and brown shrimp sauce or rack of lamb from Warwickshire in a black olive crust served with Anna potatoes, Provencal vegetables and rosemary sauce.
